James E. Lisle, DPM

Dr. Lisle grew up in Libby, Montana, where he developed a great love for the outdoors. He earned his Eagle Scout rank, graduated from high school and soon after served a mission for his church in Sweden for two years. Upon returning from Sweden, Dr. Lisle attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. It is here that he met his wife, Deborah, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He was then admitted into The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduating, Cum Laude, Dr. Lisle entered the U.S. Army Medical Service Corp and was assigned as Chief of Podiatry at the 130th Station Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany for three years. When his service for the U.S. Army was completed, he moved his growing family to Salem, Oregon where he started his private practice in podiatry in 1982. He has six children, four of whom are married and have children.
Dr. Lisle loves to read both fiction and non fiction, sing, and visit children and grandchildren spread across the country. A former marathon runner, he still enjoys hiking and works hart to stay fit. His present goal is to hike the entire Oregon portion of the Pacific Crest trail, then move on the Washington PCT.
Dr. Lisle loves to hike, play basketball, and run. He has finished many marathons and works hard to stay fit.

Lee J. Poston, DPM

Dr. Lee J Poston, DPM is a recent graduate of a 3 year comprehensive residency program at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in the Metro Detroit area. This past year he has been the Chief Resident of the Podiatric Surgical program, overseeing seven other residents. He completed his undergraduate course work at Brigham Young University Idaho before obtaining his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. He is a native of Idaho and is excited to return to the west.
Dr. Poston possesses the most extensive and rigorous training that the podiatric surgical profession offers in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction. He can provide a wide range of both non-surgical and surgical management of foot and ankle disorders and deformities. He has received training in diabetic foot care, foot and ankle trauma, wound care, and limb salvage procedures.
Dr. Poston is Board Qualified in Foot surgery, and in Reconstuctive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Poston will be moving to Salem with his wife and 6 children. He is excited to join Cascade Foot Center in Salem and become an active member of the community.
Trevor W. Tippets, DPM

Dr. Trevor W. Tippets, DPM has advanced training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery, Trauma of the foot and ankle, Sports Medicine, Diabetic Foot Management, Peripheral Neuropathy, and treatment of Flatfoot Deformities, Bunions, Hammer Toes, Ingrown Toenails, and Heel pain. His Undergraduate Degree in Exercise and Sports Science is from Brigham Young University and his Graduate Degree in Podiatric Medicine is from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Tippets completed his Residency Training at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, OH before coming to Salem. Cascade Foot Center is excited to have Dr. Tippets be a part of their team as the first bilingual (Spanish/English) Podiatrist on Staff
He is a caring professional dedicated to his craft. Dr. Tippets strives to understand each patient's as an individual whether they need help getting to mile 26.2 or help getting back to living an independent life. When he isn't working he is spending time with his family or enjoying one of his many hobbies. Dr. Tippets enjoys both listening to and playing music, he currently plays guitar, bass and mandolin. He also enjoys swimming, biking and running.
