James E. Lisle, DPM

Dr. Lisle grew up in Libby, Montana, where he developed a great love for the outdoors.  He earned his Eagle Scout rank, graduated from high school and soon after served a mission for his church in Sweden for two years.  Upon returning from Sweden, Dr. Lisle attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  It is here that he met his wife, Deborah, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology.  He was then admitted into The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.  Upon graduating, Cum Laude, Dr. Lisle entered the U.S. Army Medical Service Corp and was assigned as Chief of Podiatry at the 130th Station Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany for three years.  When his service for the U.S. Army was completed, he moved his growing family to Salem, Oregon where he started his private practice in podiatry. 

Dr. Lisle loves to hike, play basketball, and run.  He has finished many marathons and works hard to stay fit.

Lee J. Poston, DPM

Dr. Lee J Poston, DPM is a recent graduate of a 3 year comprehensive residency program at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in the Metro Detroit area. This past year he has been the Chief Resident of the Podiatric Surgical program, overseeing seven other residents.  He completed his undergraduate course work at Brigham Young University Idaho before obtaining his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. He is a native of Idaho and is excited to return to the west.

Dr. Poston possesses the most extensive and rigorous training that the podiatric surgical profession offers in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction.  He can provide a wide range of both non-surgical and surgical management of foot and ankle disorders and deformities. He has received training in diabetic foot care, foot and ankle trauma, wound care, and limb salvage procedures.

Dr. Poston is Board Qualified in Foot surgery, and in Reconstuctive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association. 

Dr. Poston will be moving to Salem with his wife and 6 children.  He is excited to join Cascade Foot Center in Salem and become an active member of the community. 

Melissa A., Supervising CMA / LXMO / Billing Specialist:  Melissa has been a Medical Assistant since she graduated in 1997.  Before coming to Cascade Foot Center in 2004, she worked in Urgent Care and Family Practice.  She takes great pride in her position as part of the Cascade Foot Center team, providing wound care to patients.  Dr. Lisle has provided Melissa the opportunity to attend Podiatry Conferences where she has acquired a wealth of education, including, but not limited to Wound Care,  that she has succesfully applied  to the care of our patients.   Melissa is a go-getter and is a great leader to our team of medical assistants.  She loves her job and it shows in the care she shows to each of our patients.

Jennifer D., CMA, LXMO / Billing Specialist: Jennifer has been a part of our team at Cascade Foot Center since 2006.  Jennifer graduated from Sprague High School here in Salem and went on to obtain her degree as a Certified Medical Assistant at Pioneer Pacific College in 2005.  Upon graduating, Jennifer worked part-time as a teacher's assistant at Pioneer Pacific College helping in their clinical laboratory classes.  Since coming on board at Cascade Foot Center, Jennifer has successfully taken on the responsibility of surgery scheduling as well as job-sharing as a billing specialist.  Most recently, Jennifer has received training and certification in performing arterial and venous studies.  Jennifer continues to further her knowledge of the podiatric medicine through attending seminars and completing her continuing education courses each year.  Jennifer loves working with all of the staff at Cascade Foot Center where she renders skilled, compassionate care to our patients.

Steve L., CMA, LXMO:  Steve has been a great asset to the Cascade Foot Center team since 2005.  Prior to his employment with Cascade Foot Center, Steve earned his Associates Degree as a Certified Medical Assistant, as well as his Limited X-Ray License at Pioneer Pacific College.  In addition to his responsibilities as a Medical Assistant, Steve has been trained in Insurance Billing and takes care of our claim submissions.  Steve has also attended several Podiatric Medical Conferences and does a great job keeping up with his continued medical education.   Steve enjoys assisting Dr. Lisle and shares a common goal of helping each of our patients to achieve better foot health.
