Trevor W. Tippets, DPM

Dr. Trevor W. Tippets, DPM has advanced training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery, Trauma of the foot and ankle, Sports Medicine, Diabetic Foot Management, Peripheral Neuropathy, and treatment of Flatfoot Deformities, Bunions, Hammer Toes, Ingrown Toenails, and Heel pain. His Undergraduate Degree in Exercise and Sports Science is from Brigham Young University and his Graduate Degree in Podiatric Medicine is from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Tippets completed his Residency Training at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, OH before coming to Salem. Cascade Foot Center is excited to have Dr. Tippets be a part of their team as the first bilingual (Spanish/English) Podiatrist on Staff.

He is a caring professional dedicated to his craft. Dr. Tippets strives to understand each patient's as an individual whether they need help getting to mile 26.2 or help getting back to living an independent life. When he isn't working he is spending time with his family or enjoying one of his many hobbies. Dr. Tippets enjoys both listening to and playing music, he currently plays guitar, bass and mandolin. He also enjoys swimming, biking and running.


Bryce Rich, DPM

Salem, OR Podiatrist

Dr. Bryce Rich is a Utah native who is living his dream of working in Oregon. Dr. Rich loves hiking and camping in the beautiful mountains and beaches of Oregon with his wife and daughter.

After completing an undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University, Dr. Rich went on to obtain his Doctorate of Podiatric medicine from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Rich completed his residency at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio and at Raymond G. Murphy VA medical center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

Dr. Rich has had extensive training in delivering comprehensive care for acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Rich provides personalized treatment plans for patients with foot and ankle trauma, diabetic foot care, arthroscopy, clubfoot casting, plantar fasciitis, nail disorders, and arthritis to help patients reach their exercise and health care goals.


Dr. Sean Westover, DPM DABPM

Salem, OR PODIATRIST

Dr. Sean Westover, DPM DABPM is Salem’s homegrown Foot and Ankle Specialist! He joined Cascade Foot Center in 2021 after practicing in Southern Oregon. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. His Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science is from Brigham Young University, and his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his surgical residency at United Health Services Hospital in Johnson City, New York.

Dr. Westover’s surgical training includes bunion and hammertoe correction, neuroma excision, and management of arthritic conditions. He is well-versed in diabetic foot care, wound care, and limb salvage surgery. He offers surgical management of foot and ankle trauma, ankle arthroscopy, and deformity correction. In residency, Dr. Westover trained with sports medicine specialists and strives to keep patients active during treatment. Aside from surgery, he offers conservative options to postpone and prevent surgery when appropriate.

Dr. Westover moved to the Willamette Valley with his wife and four children. They enjoy parks, hiking, traveling, and trips to the coast. The are happy to call Salem home!


Natalia Rich, FNP

Salem, OR Nurse Practitioner
Cascade Foot Center

Natalia Rich is a board certified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN in nursing at Brigham Young University. As a nurse she worked at Mayo Clinic, Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Rush Medical Center in specialties including transplant, cardiac and general surgery.

She furthered her education and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. She applied her background in multiple specialties as a Primary Care Provider in New Mexico where she managed various acute and chronic diseases, including foot and ankle pathology, with a strong emphasis on wellness and prevention . She is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners.

Natalia loves reading current medical research, taking walks with her family, and creating delicious whole plant dishes. She is a twin, the second of six sisters and a mother of two children. She's a people person who thrives on good humor and serving others.
